This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines how Yakira Yedidia LLC DBA LionUP™, Escape STUCK™, GenZLionUP™, and LionUP Media™ provides educational services, digital courses, life coaching and group coaching programs, and community engagement opportunities (collectively, the “Services”) to you.

By accessing or using our websites, programs, courses, webinars, social media groups, community spaces, live events, or digital tools, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you’re using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so. In that case, “you” refers to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services. Accessing or using our Websites constitutes acceptance.

2. WHO THIS WEBSITE IS FOR

Yakira Yedidia LLC DBA LionUP™, Escape STUCK™, GenZ LionUP™, and LionUP Media™ are designed for individuals born between 1997–2012 (Gen Z) who seek financial independence, personal development, and career confidence.

For Adults (18+):
These Websites and Services are primarily intended for individuals 18 years and older. While we offer life coaching and educational content to support personal growth, we do not provide financial, legal, investment, psychological, medical, therapeutic, or career counseling advice. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or licensed professional services.

Minors (Ages 13–17):
Younger visitors may explore the content, but any financial, career, or major life decisions should be made under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or qualified professional.

Parents of Gen Z visitors may access our resources to support their child’s independence journey. However, all purchases and participation must be made by adults 18+ and are subject to these Terms.

The Company assumes no responsibility for actions taken by minors or adults based on its content.

5. REFUND & PURCHASE POLICY

Users engaging in LionUP™ Community platforms, including private forums and group discussions, are expected to uphold respectful and constructive communication.
We reserve the right to remove any user who violates community standards.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION

  • Mediation First: Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through mediation.

  • Mandatory Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation.

  • No Class Actions: You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using our Websites and Services, you agree to assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions.

Yakira Yedidia LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses, investment outcomes, or business setbacks

  • Career delays or missed opportunities

  • Emotional, psychological, or mental health outcomes resulting from the content

  • Any outcome from participation in coaching or digital programs
